    • You will need the Flash plug in to customise your card and preview your card by turning the pages on screen. The Flash plug in is on most computers. If you don’t have it please click here.

    • If you receive an unexpected error during the personalization process (or at any time) please make a note of where you are on the site and what the message is. Please either phone us 01488 643855 or click here to email.

    • Provided your card has not been printed it can be changed. Please either go back in to your order history and change the card or either phone us 01488 643855 or click here to email.

    • If you order a card to be sent back to you they will come in an outer envelope with a blank envelope ready for you to send the card on.

    • Yes, you have two options when you buy. To have the card returned to you, with an envelope, so it can be handed over or sent to your chosen recipient or you can specify a destination name and address other than your own and it will be sent according to your instructions.

    • Yes, simply go to your order history on the site.

    • The cost £3, £6 and £7 depending on the size and option you have chosen. On top of this we charge postage and this is dependent on the service you select.

    • They are printed digitally using the latest technology.

    • They are printed on 300gsm, coated one side board, just like a card you will find in high street shop.

    • They are sent first class or special delivery in the post in very tough outer envelopes to avoid damage and preserve the card inside.

    • We have very little wastage during our production process (estimated at just 1%). This is considerably less than conventional print. We only use paper and board from sustainable sources and we recycle all our waste materials where possible.

    • When you log in you will see a forgotten password button. Click here and we will email your registered address with your details. You can change these details on the system at any time.

    • We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal.

    • Using PayPal means you can shop safely without sharing your sensitive financial information with us. Your privacy is also safeguarded with Information protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

    • If you have a code, simply enter it during the buying process and you will receive the benefit of a special offer, usually in the form of a substantial discount.

    • No. Absolutely not. Our images are protected by copyright. If you try and change them we will take the appropriate legal action.

    • When you order a card to be despatched direct to the recipient, there will be no notification of you as a sender unless you add it when customising the card.

    • No. Our contact is only with you, as a registered user of ROCKCARD. If you agree we will send you information from time to time about our services and special offers. This will never be sent to your recipient unless they independently register on our system.

    • Now that depends. If you’re trying to woo a long time fan of, say, Duran Duran, and you send her a personalized Duran card, complete with our lovely graphical hearts, then who knows. It is possible your life could change and then we want an invite to the wedding. Other than that, ROCKCARD is fun, for people who love music and love communicating.
